1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PrintSH website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

PrintSH provides printing services including but not limited to: , brochures, packaging, labels, banners, and custom printing solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders require a 50% deposit for first-time customers
• Balance payment is due before shipping
• We accept bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4. File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files. Accepted formats include:

• PDF (preferred)
• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• PSD (Photoshop)
• TIFF, EPS

5. Production and Delivery

• Standard production: 5-7 business days
• Rush orders available upon request
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier

6. Quality and Claims

• Color variations within 10% are considered acceptable
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
• Custom orders are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to refuse any order

7. Intellectual Property

Customers represent that they have the right to use any materials provided for printing. PrintSH shall not be liable for any copyright infringement or intellectual property violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrintSH's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
