What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, and EPS files. For best results, we recommend PDF files with embedded fonts. Our team can also help prepare your files if needed.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity for most products. You can order as few as 100 pieces. For custom packaging, the minimum is typically 500 pieces.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 5-7 business days. For rush orders, we offer express services: 2-3 days (additional fee) or same-day printing (subject to availability).
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our professional design team can help create or refine your designs. Contact us for a quote on design services.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across China and internationally. Shipping fees will be charged based on actual costs.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

We accept bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay. For first-time customers, we require 50% deposit with balance due before shipping.
